When will points appear in my account?
SVS SoundPoints will appear in your account 45 days after purchase, unless product(s) have been returned.
Where do I see the how many points I have?
Log in to your account for an updated balance.
Do I have to spend a certain amount to use points?
No. Points can be applied to orders of any value.
Do I earn points for buying gift cards?
All SVS orders, including Gift Cards and SVS Outlet Store purchases, earn SoundPoints. Orders using SVS Gift Cards as a form of payment do not earn SoundPoints for the value of the Gift Card being redeemed. Any amount paid over the redeemed Gift Card value still earns SoundPoints.
Does it cost anything to join?
The SVS SoundPoints VIP Rewards program is free to join and use.
What if I already have an account with SVS?
Current SVS account holders will automatically be enrolled in the SoundPoints Rewards program and start earning with future purchases.
Do SoundPoints expire?
Points are redeemable for 2 years from the date they were added.
