    Small, controlled and powerful

    This subwoofer is tiny but powerful. The bass extension is great and controlled. I paired this sub with my KEF LSX II speakers and compared it with the KEF KUBE 10 MIE. Not only is the KEF KUBE much bigger, but its bass is much weaker and doesn't work well nearfield. Grabbing this sub in perfect condition for a discount was the best decision I've made in terms of home audio.

    The 3-band Parametric EQ helped a lot to tame down resonance in my small room, and made bass from 25Hz to 100Hz sound flat in integration with the KEF speakers. I wish this sub can also support the Auto EQ feature from the new R|Evolution series, but I understand the processor has its limitations.

    Pleasantly surprised

    I had a SVS CS modeI back in during the 5.1 craze. It worked great in that 22'x18' room. Fast forward a few decades and I'm back into 2 channel. I was concerned with the music being overpowered by the bass in my small listening area. After reading many comments and suggestions on our two channel Facebook group I took the plunge, and couldn't be happier. Good things really do come in small packages.

    Great Sub. Excellent Customer Service

    My sub had a few simple controls. This SVS allows for amazingly detailed adjustments (parametric frequency adjustments, phase, gain, crossover, etc ) accessible through the iPhone app.

    I ordered direct from SVS. My sub arrived with minor damage, The shipping company clearly mishandled the sub, but I asked SVS to exchange the unit.

    SVS was prompt and helpful. This is a company that values their customers and cares about the customer service experience. [Unlike: phone trees taking you in circles, Ai virtual agents—essentially robots with more laid-back voices, or off-shore call centers of low-wage agents relying on troubleshooting scripts]

    To be clear: I didn’t get any payment, perk or freebie to write this.

    Fantastic!

    I bought this subwoofer to compliment my parents' two channel system. It was everything I hoped for and more. It's very controlled and has great deep bass extension. And most of all it takes up very little room in their living room. They constantly compliment it on how they hear things in their music, movies, and TV shows that they never heard before.
