    Everything and more!

    This sub is in my living/listening room that has many windows, openings to dining/kitchen/entryway, vaulted ceilings, 20x25ft+. I was skeptical about the sub filling the room with good bass. No worries! It is so smooth and quality sounding. I do run it at the upper edge of gain/level, but customer support informed me this is normal. I considered the larger SB-17 sub but it really would be too big and cumbersome for my environment. I have only had the sub a little less than 2 weeks. So far, loving it.

    Just another note. The auto EQ is not for me. I have run it many times and prefer without. I have had many auto tunings with other brands as well and always go back to the base. I run bass management (crossover) with my streamer and the only control on the sub I use is the gain/volume setting. Because of this I do feel I pay for features that don't apply to me.

    Superb Sub

    I moved up from the sb3000Revolutions as I wanted more low end. the 3000's were awesome for their size and weight don't get me wrong, but the sb5000's are way more effortless in the low end and just pound bass into your face. they are a little bigger of course and so is the weight but its definitely worth the extra cash.

    Amazing subs!

    After several issues with my 15 year old JL F112 subs I decided it was time to upgrade. After a lot of research I decided to give the new SB-5000 R|Evolution a try. I am VERY happy at the performance of these subs! After breaking them in I have thrown some of my favorite scenes at them. Fury, Top Gun Maverick, Edge of Tomorrow, Super 8, etc. The SB-5000's handled everything perfectly. And the ability to adjust the subs on the SVS app while sitting in your favorite spot is some sweet icing on an already delicious cake.
